Marc is a founding partner of Mages & Price. In 1987, Marc graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. In 1990, Marc graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago Kent College of Law, with honors, and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar.

Marc has extensive experience representing the rights of creditors. Putting it simply, he knows how to get the money for his clients – and also knows when his clients should cut their losses. Marc treats his clients’ money as his own and believes throwing good money after bad makes no sense. His collection methods are proven effective along with his ability to communicate with debtors and their representatives to achieve successful results for his clients.

Marc has spoken to numerous professional groups on collection law including the Lake County Dental Society and the Uptown Dental Forum.

Marc’s practice also focuses on representing clients in residential and commercial real estate closings. He has helped both buyers and sellers, and has significant experience in all aspects of condominium conversions.
